Riggers Training Intensive - Warehouse Circus

Warehouse Circus are looking to run a Rigging training intensive in early 2012 through the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) . They require a minimum number of people in the group before they can go ahead.

The training will run for approximately seven days with the first component (doggers and basic riggers) taking place around the Easter School Holidays (tbc). Some componets will be run onsite at their training space in Chifley, ACT and others will be run at the Bruce CIT Campus.

Warehouse Circus would like to hear from other circus organisations who might be interested in getting a staff member or two qualified in rigging, or individuals in the industry who are looking to get qualified to see if they can organise enough people to run the course (minimum of 6 but prices go down the more people that we can get involved).

Estimated cost [dependent on numbers] maximum cost per person with a minimum of 6 – 8 people through CIT is as follows:

Dogging: $1150
Rigging: $1250

Total for the Intensive: $2400 per person

They will also be following this up with an intermediate rigging intensive at the next available opportunity.
